Three sectioned capacitor banks serve as energy storage with total energy about 215 kJ. The accelerator main stage receives 150 kJ, the input ionization block — about 60 kJ, and valves — 5 kJ. Valves deliver working gas into the input ionization block

   Plasma parameters:  discharge duration              — 500 msec;

peak current                       — 200 - 450 kA;

plasma velocity                  — (7 - 20)x106 cm/sec;
